We try to keep things as simple as possible but there are a few things to be aware of. A deposit is normally required to confirm the booking. This is detailed on the booking form. The balance can be paid in cash on the day. If you wish to pay the balance by cheque this must be received by the band at least two weeks before the event takes place. Certain other conditions may be placed on the booking by the band or their agents. Such conditions will be given in writing or incorporated into the booking form and constitute part of the agreed contract.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure the venue is suitable, safe and complies with any legal/licensing requirements.
